Tube Flaring and Pre-Assembly

StauffPress1

StauffPress2

The Stauff-Press flare & pre-assembly unit is designed for a leak free assembly of flaring or cutting ring fittings on tube or hose ends with minimum training of operators.

Low, medium and high-pressure hoses, even for special applications

Wide range of fittings, couplings, adaptors and hose ends

Ready-made hose assemblies

Stationary and portable hose crimping machines and equipment

Tooling is also available for flaring and pre-setting

Universally usable for pre-setting metric cutting ring assembly and flaring inch tubes.

Suitable for all tube/pipe diameters from 6 to 42 mm, and 1/4" to 1 1/2" O.D.

Absolute leakage-free assembly due to accurate pressure adjustment.

Considerable reduction of times and cost for assembly.

Short set-up times when changing the tube/pipe diameter or the fitting type.

Tube Cleaning

StauffClean1

StauffClean2

Stauff tube, pipe, and hose cleaning kits provide a simple and low cost solution for the removal of contamination.

The system pneumatically propels foam projectiles into the tube or pipe, and can operate within pipes with bends up to 90˚, removing any debris present.

Various types of foam pellets are available, from regular foam which can remove loose particles within the system, to more abrasive and aggressive pellets which can deal with rust and other surface build up.
