Mining and Hydraulic Supplies (MHS) was formed in 1985 to distribute Stauff products and market their range of hydraulic accessories. MHS also offered a service for the manufacture and supply of special mining component parts, produced to customer requirements in a wide range of materials.

Today MHS employs twenty-eight people who service three divisions:

  • MHS Hydraulics
  • MHS Pumps
  • MHS Seals

The MHS Hydraulics range boasts some of the best engineered and technically advanced products in the world maket place today. The product base continues to improve with the need for a wider range of hydraulics accessories and the constant demand for better oil and diesel filtration.

The growth of MHS was further enhanced by the introduction and acceptance by major companies of a range of positive displacement and metering pumps. MHS Pumps is now responsible for supplying pumping equipment to a wide range of applications and customers.

The increase in demand for special seals and a need to offer in-house machining and prompt service then created MHS Seals with a range of hydraulic, pneumatic and specialised custom-designed products.
