Mining & Hydraulic Supplies (MHS) are proud to be suppliers of Larzep Australia Hydraulic Products. Larzep has been a leading manufacturer of high pressure hydraulic equipment in Europe since 1940.  MHS can now offer these products which are manufactured in Larzep's own facility to ISO 9001. The product range covers cylinders, pumps, powered pumps, presses, cable cutters, pipe benders, bottle jacks, and many more items.  Below is a brief synopsis of the products available from MHS.

Products

All Larzep products are specifically designed to cover multiple industrial applications and to solve the problems which can be encountered with the movement of heavy loads in a simple and economical way. They use the most advanced technology in their Design Department to make sure problems are solved quickly, utilizing their products and tools.

Cylinders

Larzep cylinders are made of the highest quality materials. Their wide range of products are able to perform all kinds of industrial applications such as lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, holding, etc. The Quality System UNE-EN ISO9001:2000 and the compliance with the standard ANSI-B30.1 guarantees the design, manufacturing, supply and after-sales services. All their cylinders are designed with a factor of safety of 1,5 to meet European Standards CE and all their products are individually tested to maximize quality and safety.

Pumps

Hand Pump range of product, the "W" range is for single-acting cylinders. These pumps are compact, lightweight and portable, and they can operate horizontally or vertically, with the pump head downwards. For larger oil capacity cylinders and applications where the cylinder piston must move rapidly, it is highly recommended to use two-speed pumps. The pump's oil capacity must be enough to feed the corresponding cylinders and hoses.

These pumps are supplied with an internal pressure relief valve, and connection thread is female 3/8"-18 NPT.

The "X" range of Hand Pumps is for use with double-acting cylinders, and systems, so these pumps are supplied with a twin-outlet valve.  MHS can provide the pumps with an internal pressure relief valve for overload protection, and the hose connection is made by means of a 3/8"-18 NPT threads. Two-speed operation for high tonnage cylinders where oil capacity and fast economical cycle times are needed.

Jacks

Larzep Jacks are made to the highest standard, used heavily worldwide in some of the toughest environments. Bottle Jacks are extremely versatile. They can be operated in both vertical and horizontal positions and come in a wide range of specifications to suit your application. Ranging from 2 - 50 tonne, the selection is available in telescopic and gauge fitted variations.

The Trolley Jacks come with a foot pedal to allow the saddle to be raised and lowered quickly, and is made with a rugged frame for heavy duty operations. It also has built-in safety features, like the dead mans handle to allow controlled lowering speed and the safety valve to prevent overloading. Models range from 2 - 20 tonne.

Transmission Jacks and Lifting Tables both have the same rugged heavy duty design and are highly manoeuvrable. Available models are 1 tonne in the transmission jacks and 1.5 tonne in the tables. Air Service Jacks come in three models between 30 and 60 tonne and are operated by a single acting pneumatic pump, giving a constant controlled speed under load.

A wide range of accessories to optimize Larzep's products performance are available through MHS. We can supply all kinds of Tilting Saddles, Hollow Saddles, Hoses, Quick Couplers, Fittings, Manifolds, Pressure/Flow control valves, Directional control valves, Hydraulic Force and Pressure Gauges.

Tools

Larzep tools make the most complicated and heavy duties easier. MHS have a wide range which includes: Chain cutters, Cable cutters, Nut splitters, Pullers, Spread cylinders, Lifting Cushions, Dynamometers and Load control cells.
