MHS is a specialist in pipe systems. We can engineer and design a system to suit the most complex requirements. Pipes can be accurately bent, flared and machined in our workshop or on-site with our state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained team members. We can expertly install a pipe system to any location, from workshops and mine sites, to ships and offshore rigs. Once completed, we can clean and test the pipe system to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
Tube and Pipe Bending
We offer bending services for metric and imperial seamless piping. Our bending software allows integration with CAD systems for quick and repeatable bend setups.

- Metric Ø6mm to 115mm
- Imperial Ø1/4″ to 4″
Pre-assembly of DIN 2353 fittings and flared fittings.
We also have the portable Tubobend 48 system which we can bring to your premises with a trained operator.
Flaring
We can offer flaring of 24˚, 37˚, and 90˚ compatible with GS-Hydro, JIC, and STAUFF Form fittings.
24˚ flaring is offered in all major tube sizes, from 6mm x 1mm to 38mm x 5mm heavy and 42mm x 3mm light. Most sizes are also covered in 316 stainless steel.
37˚ and 90˚ flaring is available for tube outside diameter of 6 to 275mm, with wall thicknesses of < 9 mm. Most sizes are also covered in 316 stainless steel. Cold flaring is achieved from machines such as the GS-FlarePower 275 with a rolling cone, resulting in the perfect surface finish.
